I've got a beautiful roast that'll go in the crock pot here in a couple hours, some garlic and herb mashed red potatoes, a vegetable of some kind, and a loaf of homemade herb and cheddar bread. Depending on how my Monday goes, I might make a dessert.

Yeah, we had Silkies, Rhode Island Reds, Buff Orps, Salmon Favorelles, raised a TON of meat birds, oh and Quail, and Khaki Campbell ducks, Runner ducks, Geese, and Bronze Turkeys. My son showed Modern Games and Black Sumatras with 4H as well. We had a LOT of birds. 150 or so at a time.
