Seems as if ole boy is going to make it. Starting to finally cackle some and back to running around the yard and roosting back on top of shop. Thank you all for the helpful advice.

How long should I keep giving him the wazine? He's eating like a pig now, he starts eating before I can get away from the pan. He's running and walking more but still sits a lot more than he used to. Still not making any noise at all though? Just didn't know how long I should give him the wazine?

Gave him an antibiotic first then the wazine. Still not sure which helped him but he seems to be feeling better. He's definitely eating normal again.

Still don't want to jinx his recovery but he's eating and drinking like normal and walking a lot more. Seems to have a lot more energy. Even fighting some with his buddy like ole times. Let's hope he keeps getting better. He's still not cackling any though, just a screech ever so often. And oh...

The only safeguard dewormer I can find is in pellets and I don't think he's eating enough for that to do him any good,, so I guess we're just going to have to hope the wazine17 takes care of the problem. Or has anyone ever crushed up the pellets and mixed with water?

Oh, and he's still about the same. He'll get up and walk around and eat a bit then just kinda plop back down like he's used all his energy.

I'll see if I can get something else today. I live in NC, about an hour outside of Raleigh. The store I go to probably didn't know anything about using the other de-wormers, but it's all we have.

Unfortunately I don't have much more cash to spend on these meds. Our neighbors I'm hoping will have some dewormer they use for their other animals that I can borrow. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Got the dewormer and also a syringe to force feed him some water. Got a good look at him while we were forcing him to drink. He's really skinny and has poo stuck all to his feathers underneath. We cut off what we could and forced him to drink a whole syringe full of treated water. He's drank...

Going to get some wazine17 (sp?). That's all our local store has. I don't want to get too excited but he's actually eating and moving around a little more so hoping the de-wormer fixes him up. They really are more like pets now than just yard birds to eat ticks, lol. Will keep y'all posted...

I've seen some greenish/yellow poop but I thought it could be from the antibiotics but maybe not? I just mixed up a fresh batch of antibiotics today so it's fresh. We'll try to get a little deeper in his throat in the morning. We only have one other guinea and he seems to feel fine.

Thanks critters! Nothing to match exact b/c sometimes it'll be real watery and next time a little more solid. Yes they both are still drinking the duramycin10. That's pretty much what he's doing. We only have 2 and the other one stays right by his side and goes crazy when we separate them so I just let them stay together. I don't know what else to do.
