    This is so true. I have a 6 week old cockerel who is partial blind. He finds food and water fine, otherwise not sure if I could handle watching that. If he become totally blind, I have a hard decision to make.

    Oh I'm not se oh I'm not seeing that in him. He was one of two that hatched during extreme heat wave here. I wonder if it was caused from that?

    Yes I'm not sure yet. Wants to be held all the time. Hard one. Make a great child's pet.

    He's not the only cockerel unfortunately, but I will need to figure out a good place for him. Thank you. He tends to be a loner.

    Well he is only 6 weeks, but I meant when mama hen was taking care of him he followed others, so I know he can see some.

    thank you. I'm thinking he may be partially blind also. He knows where food and water is and as a chick knew where mom was. I've been keeping a close watch on him. Hoping not mareks.
