Hey Satay and all!!!!!!!!
I am so happy to have my coop back :)
Sorry it's been a while, my son ended up in ICU :( he is doing ok, has type 1 diabetes, lucky I took him to hospital when I did, I could have lost him. Took 3 months to finally finish the coop and fenced in yard. Today was the first...
It's a work in progress lol have to pick up some ply today for the nesting/roosting box.
Going to be the only coop in town made out of cedar :)
It's just going to be pretty basic, but am thinking of fencing it off and making a vege garden that surrounds it :) Might have a lavender sussex...
Hello everyone :) what have I missed? Been a while I know.
Had a lot going on, and have yet again moved :) have an acre block now.
Haven't been able to have any flock :( as my son was working at a chicken farm.
Never thought I'd be soooooo happy to see him leave there :) Working on a coop at...
Well, after having a long break due to health conditions, thought it was time for an update.

I have yet to talk to my friend, BUT have found another breeder in Crookwell NSW, but haven't heard back from them yet :) Fingers crossed. It's only a 3 hour drive from me :)

Can't see much of it, but I made a pallet pen for our duck that we had, dug a pond and all for her. I just used an old dog kennel with a ramp for her to sleep in. And yes, the cat used to sleep in there too lol
Thanks hun :) Ricky's breed is "threatened" so have zoo and vets keeping an eye out for a female for me to breed them to release them back into the wild :)
The duck I had was a Cayuga x Muscovy, so I'll ask my friend who gave me mine, there has to be a local breeder :) Or he might know of one, I'd like to breed them too. Miss T had a unique personality, don't know if it is the breed or just her :)
My caramel cockatiel flew the coop lol well sort of, she liked a mate of mine so moved to his place :)
I have a new cockatiel, we called him Kramer (Seinfeld) as he has bum fluff on his head, no crest.
After getting him home, he appeared to get all his feathers, but like pressing a button, shed...
