I am finally finishing my little silkie coop today.

I have had 1/2 of a coop started and sitting on my patio for months. Well I caught the big hens sneaking in with my silkies and picking on them. Today I will finish the little house. Wish me luck. I will post some pics this afternoon. I am sure I will be thrilled with myself for finishing.

How many eggs will a broody steal?

Hey all I've got my second broody and I'd like to let her hatch with the flock. I know she will steal the eggs the other hens lay. That's fine with me. My question is will she ever get to the point where she says "I have enough eggs" or will she take all the eggs they lay everyday til the end...
