it is the angle that the rod is at that changes, so say the bottom of the rod is at the back of the incubator in the up posistion, when the tarys are in the down posistion the bottom of the rod moves into the middle of the incubator so it would have been ripped off of the spining disk thingy
hi, when working on the incubator last night i came across a problem, as the trays move up and down the posistion of the rod also changes, if you dont understand what i mean i will try to upload some pictures
Could someone please tell me basic info about Cayuga Ducks, for example how many eggs the lay a year, when they start and stop laying, if they are best kept in large or small groups, etc.
i will see if i have an angle grinder but it's a bit late to consider using it for a floor/back, don't think i would of been able to anyway because i cant cut right up to the sides
im back, i started to remove the ledge at the bottom but that is proving itself to be the hardest thing i have done yet, i will try to keep you updated
at last, my ferret has had 6 babies, i have been waiting ages for them to come, the last lot she had was larger, she had 9, but the babies all seem healthy, i love watching them grow up.
i do plan to add another window i just need some perspex, today is the last day i can work on until the 23rd august so i will try to do as much as possible and upload some pics.
if i remove the ledge at the bottom i can use the space for the motor so it has plenty of room to operate properly, i don't think i will install any other trays.
if i removed the ledge in my fridge at the bottom i would have more space but i would have a larger uninsulated area as it would only be blocked by a thin sheet of wood or metal, should i do it???
