Old Enough?
Here is a picture of my 4.5 week old chicks. They will be 5 weeks on Wednesday. I am SW Indiana and the Temps at night are getting below freezing. I have been keeping then inside my home in a large plastic tub and have been lowering the temp weekly as recommended. There are 24 of them. 13 New...- FrankYBIC

The dimensions of the coop are 10' wide by 8'- deep by 8' tall. The dimensions of the run are 8' by 20 '...not sure of the height, but its over 5.5' high. Yes going to add more roosting space when newbies get ready for integration. Not sure what the adult ones are currently, but I purchased...- FrankYBIC

My son Caleb who is building this coop for me because I am temporarily disabled aptly named the coop, and I let it stick. Pop door
Not just an "opening" but a door? I have a 16" tall opening on the bottom north side of my coop...with a "door" I slide in place at night to keep predators out.- FrankYBIC

Thank you Bantam! I appreciate the quick response. Any suggestions on how to get rid of one of the roosters? They are getting very aggressive already, and I fear when their spurs develop I will end up with a mess? I don't really desire just giving him away...you know with time and expenses...- FrankYBIC
