Hello!
Happy to report Pepper is still doing well She seems to be 90% back to normal
The only thing I still notice is that her feathers are not black and shiny as they once were; they have more of a brown matte sheen
But so happy is is better!!!
Here is a current pic of this handsome guy Blue!
He has the dark Isbar eyes which I love! Not excited about the red leakage though but so far he's a keeper
Her are some updated pics of these 3 guys; it's very interesting to see how their combs have grown out!
The bottom 2 are free to good home lol! Out of 9 chicks I got 6 roosters!!!
Hello!
I have 2 Silverudd's Blue roosters free to a good home. I assume they are from 2nd import stock due to their combs (I hatched them from eggs shipped from Purely Poultry)
They have great dispositions but I am looking for breeder quality.
Pittsburgh area; will meet within a reasonable...
Hello!
Happy to report my hen is doing much better.
I wormed the whole flock with Safeguard and applied VetRx to my sick girl 2 nights in a row;
She is no longer wheezing and seems much perkier!!
Fingers crossed she'll make a full recovery
Help! My black Australoep is making wheezing/ breathing sounds and is just falling asleep in the run...I'm trying to attach a video but I'm having trouble
Her eyes are not runny
Her feathers look 'unkemp'
Any advice would be appreciated!!!
@cree57i what a handsome boy!!! That is what I wanted!!!
I figured the red leakage was undesirable; I was so heart broken when I saw it! He has a great temperament and dark eyes... maybe some of my others will grow out ok!
Is your boy considered blue or black?
Can I also get some opinions about this guy?
He's 14 weeks old; I think he's a rooster
It appears he's leaking red from his feathers.....
Is this something seen with 2nd import birds??
So...question for everyone
Are Silverudd Blue's (Isbar) suppose to have pea or straight combs??
These 3 are from my hatch on March 15th
I've seen pics of roosters with what I think is a straight comb that are Silverudd Blue's.....
Any info would be helpful!! Thanks!!!
Hello!
I have 4 seabright hens and one roo- I've hatched eggs in the incubator and I currently have a broody sitting on eggs now. I'll try to get some pics of her later. At 7 day candling there are chicks in there! We're so excited!!! So I would say I've had no trouble breeding them
