I wonder why you’d feed them 30% for the first 2 weeks.

I give them banana peels when I can. And yes they love it a lot. It's just they only get them when I eat them. And I don't give them tunnels or hidey holes because my understanding is that they use those to hide from the light or sunshine. I keep mine in a darkened closet and there's no light...
