I have eggs in the bator and they r geowing but when it comes time to hatch they r dieing in the shell before they come out I might get 1 out of 5 to hacth the rest die inthe shell Why??? My temps stay at 100. and the water never dired out

Why am I looseing my chicks after they came out of there shell's? I hatched them in the bator and I helped them out then put them back in the bator for awhile them moved the to the borrier then they were picking a few hours later and the next day they keeped fliping on there backs a few hours...
