I love putting it on a bagel with avocado and bean sprouts, or just scrambled. I prefer these over the other substitutes, applesauce, banana and poppyseeds, powder, etc. They limit the use. I can’t make a applesauce egg salad, or apple sauce bread, wouldn’t work and changes the flavor.
