Ended The Ultimate Egg Dish Challenge

My version of egg mcmuffin. walmart has the egg rounds.
I used as cinnamon raisin muffin today.

For those who have been asking it has been decided that we would allow egg based dishes that don't necessarily show the actual eggs. So custards, bread puddings, creme brule, macaroons, meringue, and anything in between.

Please include a list of ingredients.

Looking forward to seeing more eggtastic creations. :)
Question, is it ok if i do egg substitute? I don’t eat eggs. Totally understand if not allowed in the contest.

The recipe is the following:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup finely ground corn meal/ flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbs baking powder
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Grounds turmeric
1 Tsp ground cumin
2 Tsp ground coriander
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 cup butter milk
2 eggs
1/2 sugar
1/4 cup honey

Method:
1. Per heat the over to 200 C (400 F) and line a muffin tin with paper (I just put spray oil down)
2. combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, turmeric, cumin and corianderin a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the butter, butter milk, eggs, sugar and honey. Add the wet to the dry and mix until combine, DO NOT OVER MIX!.
3. Fill each muffin cup equally (12 tin muffin tray). Bake for 12 to 15 mins or until the tops are golden brown and a skewer come out clean.
