What is the patterning of cream brabanter called? How would the genetics of those mix into mottling? I ask b/c I may have some chicks, won't know for sure until they start feathering b/c they come from a mixed flock.

His great gma was Thing One or Two, both had mottled houdan for one parent (not sure if it was father or mother) anyway, they did not show anything, they were solid black, so I know there is mottling POSSIBILITY in his ancestry. I know he descends from one of the Things b/c of his split comb...
This is Pie, likely my next head roo
I have one true mottled girl and several I think carry that he should really bring out the mottling in those ones.

This is music to my eyes, basically any other color mixed w/ yellow gives a color other then yellow. I know yellow is preferred in NN, but it isn't my favorite. I like white, pink, blue, green, or black over yellow.
I had a mottled NN named her Q tip since she was fascinated w/ them as a chick.
Lost her to a preditor recently, but not before I got a daughter from her that looks identical, no pics of her here at work, but I've been calling her R tip.
