Oh he'll be getting much bigger in the coming months. My Brahma hen is just over 8 lbs. Enjoy them, they are amazing, I still wouldn't change getting The Lady for anything. Best breed out there in my opinion.

At the given breeds you already have, and after being mixed. They are close enough to the same size and growth ratio that idon't think you will lose to much on either end. Cockerels may reach 7-8lbs by 6 months.

At that rate you're looking at around 6-6.5lbs. at 6 months, but that's just a ballpark guess.

I don't see where there would be a problem. Especially if you're looking to get the other breeds as well.

the only suggestion ihave is to find a cock bird that not only can produce meaty offspring, but also a quick maturity rate. Maybe a leghorn, or a Rhode island breed. I'm sure you want a decent amount of meat in the least amount of time. You also have to worry about the size of the fast maturing...
