    What day are you on? I don't recommend a humidity higher than 35% days 1-18. You will drown your babies and you air sac wont get to right size. Water 3 times a day? What incubator. I really want tou to have a great hatch!

    I often often see movement at 5 days--the lil thing looks like its swimming and bouncing around. Other eggs, especially marans, I don't even bother--can't ever know for sure whats going on with them. I just put em in and see what comes out.

    It is odd, and I'm also sorry you lost the little silkie. I've had 2 in the past three years that were "cheepers" They seem malcontent, don't eat or drink, just cheep. It's kinda funny -- I've hatched out hundreds of birds but only those 2 silkies were cheepers. It's a bad sign. Mine did...
