    Pene people - I've heard that Penedesenca's are flighty and not very social (with people). How are the personalities of your birds? Do they do OK with kids? I absolutely love the look of the crele birds, but like a calm chicken. Thanks!

    Every once in a while a single combed bird pops up in Wyandottes. Maybe geebs has a single comb cull for you??? If not, at least the single comb is recessive, so it will only take two generations or so to get back to it.

    Pink - If you use a BLRW, you'll have many of the genes that you need for the lacing. That'd be the best for coloration. But I don't know barnies at all - how would that be for type?

    Blue Barnies?!? Ooo. Interesting. Would you keep the pattern, or go solid? I bet it would be really something with the double lacing on the hens.
