    Thanks guys! I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens! The breeder has said that if I don't have a good hatch, he will replace the eggs, so that's a good thing! He also sent 11 extras, so here's hoping!

    Quick question..... I just got 33 Salmon Faverolles hatching eggs in the mail today. 1 was broken on arrival. I just candled the rest, and they are all really porus and I couldn't see most of the air cells.... I'm not sure how I should go about hatching these eggs.... Last time I dry...

    Question..... how long does it normally take for chicks to fluff up? Mine started hatching last night, and they still look sticky..... ? Also, I had one that hatched and looked like it hadn't completely absorbed the yolk.... I have them in baskets, so I just left it alone.... Should I be doing...

    Quick off topic, candling question..... I set eggs last Saturday at around 11:30AM. I candled one this morning, just for curiosity's sake.... I am beginning to think that I may have done everything backwards..... I have them in the turner pointy end down... is that right? I'm also candling...

    LOL.. funny auto-correct! Quick question.... I just set my first ever eggs in an incubator on Saturday. There is an automatic turner, and temps are staying right between 99 & 100*F. Humidity is 22-25%. Do I need to rotate the eggs to different spots or just leave them? I plan on...
