Sorry to hear... The experience was worth it im sure!!! Try, and try again! This is only our 2nd hatch... Very successful on the first, fingers crossed we did well again. Such a fun few weeks none the less, no matter how many we hatch!

Not yet! LOL!!! Probably at least 24 hrs yet... Well, honestly, probably more like 24-72 hrs. Being optomistic! Congrats on the hatches guys! We'll definately keep you all posted, and provide pics when the come!!!

Just put our eggs on lockdown!!! We're already gettin impatient!!!!

Congrats on the babies!!! We candled all our eggs tonight, and removed two obvious duds.... but the rest showed development, and some some showed movement!!!! Gettin excited for lockdown on sunday!,

I agree with aaggjg, I think you'll be fine! Maybe warm it up a touch, and definitely keep us posted!

LOL!!! Never had to plan that much for hatching, but this is only our second....

We just used a small cardboard box, cut a hole in it, and then used a bright halogen lite underneath it. Once the lite is on, set the egg into the hole, and its like x-mas eggs! We'll see if we can figure out how to post vidoes...

We've only hatched one other time, and waited until day 7-8, and could see movement for sure!!! Wish I knew how to post the candling video we took, its awesome!

silkies seem to be a popular breed... are they good layers? pets? interesting!
