Anyone Here from Southern New Jersey?

Is Cumberland county considered South Jersey? I just purchase a small piece of property there in Millville NJ. I live in Maryland now and NJ will be weekend getaway place. I have chickens now and would love to bring a few with me during the summer months. Right now I have to have a old abandoned mobile home remove that's falling down. Then I will get a new one to put into its place. There is a shed I would convert into a coop as its a older shed and needs the floor replaced. The lot next to me is all wooded and I was also thinking about buying it as its also for sale. But I am waiting on the price to drop a bit as they want to much money for the area. It just went up recently and property around there is a lot cheaper then what they want. So for now its getting the property cleaned up and a new place set on it. The Well there looks good but Septic is another story. So its one step at a time.
