Just called Meyer back at the 10 week mark... and I am happy to report that this time I wasn't hassled about it. The nice gentleman I spoke to this time just looked at three photos I took of the rooster today and refunded/credited the credit card I used the value of the bird.
I am pleased by this customer service and will return to Meyer Hatchery the next time I am ready to brood up some babes.
