So I've got two marans that are 21 weeks old and a salmon faverolles that's 20 weeks and I got a new egg today! Do you think it's from one of the marans or the faverolles? And if it's a marans will it get darker? This is my first time with marans so I don't really know.

I'm betting on Maran. They're older, and Faverolles usually lay light brown eggs. Maran eggs do get darker, I believe, but despite the images of lovely chocolate brown eggs all over the Internet, it's not always the case. It depends on the quality of the bird, and the diet.
 
@Blackberry18 Thanks! One is a copper marans and one is a splash marans, so it could be lighter if it's the slashes I believe.
