Air Sac Issues

I am incubating my second batch after getting only 3 out of 15 from my first. 2 of my eggs I have already had to take out because they had a moving air sac and the yolk already was scrambled. I didn't get these in the mail, just from a local lady. Well after candling tonight 12 out of 18 I can see chicks for sure! But one of them I noticed the air sac isn't at the top, its more to the side near the top but definitely on the side, it isn't moving, but will this be a big problem? Is there anything I can do to help this one? I would just take it out but its one that I can see the chick for sure, so if I can save it I would love to try...Also 5 sadly got some cracks in them before going in, I quickly applied candle wax as I saw a video that said this would work. But will it make it harder for the chick to come out? 2 of them its near the top where the chick would normally unzip...anyone dealt with this before?
 
Candle wax works well and no it's not harder to pip and zip the shell.

How were you able to scramble and crack eggs from a local supply? Town's not keeping up with potholes maybe? Placed the eggs right on buckboard of horse drawn carriage? Something's amiss there. Next time around place eggs in a carton fat side up and drive slower on the dirt roads. The whole point of local supply is to avoid the cracked and scrambled eggs due to mail service.

The lady who supplies them takes them to a local feed shop and I pick them up from them, so they could have gotten scrambled on the way there, I don't know how it happened :) I put them in an egg carton on the way home and we were very careful...the air sac on the side will that be an issue?
 
It will depend on how vigorous the chick is I think. I've had really small air sacks to the point that the chicks shouldn't have survived but the ones that did piped and zipped immediately so could breath. It may also instinctively internally pip into the sac but usually they pip on around the fat end.

Air cells naturally do tilt to one side, some more dramatically that others. I've had many that are predominately off to one side, some that are just like the air cell chart:

As long as they are stable (fixed) I wouldn't worry about it. Look for them to pip in the vicinity of the dip on the drawn down side. I would mark the air cells, (at least the one that is more on one side) so that when they pip if by chance it pips the opposite side, you'll know to treat it as a malepositioned pipper.
 
I had 2 that had a Crack in it, I rummaged through my daughters room and found the only clear fingernail polish I could find and put it just on the cracks. It had a couple specks of sparkle, but it worked great! That chicken hatched, no problem :) My pullet that hatched was named Sparkle.
