I would only reiterate what's been said before:worm, check for eggs in odd places,look to see if she is molting.
When hens molt they can stop laying for a number weeks. Industry breeds high production birds to hard molt...lose a lot of feathers at once so they come back to laying in a month or so. However many breeds have a soft molt, sometimes barely noticeable, and they can stop laying in the fall and not start again until spring.
I have had good results with Nutrena Feather Fixer to help get them through a molt faster and come back to laying faster.
