We have a turkey who is having a very difficult time. When we got him he had bent toes on both feet. Now he seems as though his leg is broke. Is there any hope for him?

Yes, if he can stand, there is hope! First try splinting his leg. Then you can make kind of a cart to hold his weight for him so that his feet aren't under so much strain. Here's a link with some ideas of what it should look like, they're made for ducks but I imagine that all you'd have to do was change the sizes a little.

He hopped on his one foot. Still mated with the girls, ate as usual, foraged, etc. I'm pretty sure he's still alive, but I don't know for sure as I moved a few miles away from his house.

That's impressive!
Yeah he was an awesome turkey. I was also so interested in him when I lived by him because of how well he got around with just the one leg. Plus, he was HUGE
