I have 2 cameo peachicks that are about 3 months old. They are both getting some 'fringy' feathers near their tail feathers. Does this mean they are both males? It's been so hard to tell their sexes!

Usually loose webbing is an indication of yearling males or at least with Whites. I think the peachick on the left is a Black Shoulder hen though in this lighting. The color looks grey instead of Black so that's my reason but this photo is bright so it could be that. Can you try to get a picture that is a little dimmer enough to see if there's barring on your Cameo chick on the right?

Thanks birdrain! I still can't believe the black shoulder is an India blue... There's no color on the neck yet-just yellow. My adult blue India is sneezing a lot-should I be concerned or doing something for him?

He might have dust or something in his nostril. I don't know what you could do. BS hens can be that way. My hen only has a few green feathers on the back of her neck and few small green feathers around her neck spaced out. BS hens can look a little different from hen to hen.
