Where is the injury? If it's on the bottom in could be bumble foot. Do you know how she got it?

It is on the bottom on one of her toes. It's really big. I don't have any pictures right now. If it is bumblefoot, can it be treated??

I have no experience with bumble foot treatment but @Amiga @Miss Lydia probably know.

Kroelies gave you a good link - that method Haunted55 found. @Miss Lydia has used it I think, as have others.
Yes I have used this method of treatment and it worked on my 2 hens who had bumble foot. I would def try it before cutting. Keep her from making it worse by running around too much in other words while doing treatment keep her in a smallish area and with a friend if you can so she won't be lonely
