My duckling hatched this morning about 12 hours after his siblings. He came out of a really elongated egg and I thought maybe that could have been part of his late hatching and possible deformity. I would really appreciate some more information about this and ways to help my duckling. He seems really weak and doesn't have functioning in one of his legs and he can't stand he just lays flat on his tummy. What can I do for him? I really want him to survive and live a normal life with his siblings.

Once you get the lil one to drink add some good poultry vitamins to the water make sure it has the B vitamins in it. Very important for legs also could the lil one have a slipped tendon here is some good info on leg problems and don't get confused since they say chick this pertains to all poultry. But read through and see if any of it could pertain to your lil duckling. https://sites.google.com/a/poultrypedia.com/poultrypedia/poultry-podiatry also make sure it doesn't lay it's head in the waterer when they are weak they can drown easily. You could try using a small needle less syringe or stopper and give it tiny amounts of water just inside the bill with the vitamins in it . Being very careful not to squirt it down it's throat.
Update when you can please.

Thank you so much! All the information really helped

I was really worried about him because he was hardly eating or drinking. I gave him some vitamin water like you suggested and now he's running around and swimming with his siblings
