I got 3 mystery eggs from a friend who has several heritage breeds.
they hatched into cute black fuzzballs with white bibs and pink and black feet/legs.
One became a cockerel of mixed breeding that doesn't win prizes in the looks department, but the 2 pullets are lovely looking pullets with loose feathering.
(I raised them with turkey poults and leghorn chicks just in case you are wondering lol)
(the first pic could be of the cockerel with that comb, but the girls did look the same for ages but minus the comb)
