My hen seems sick won't move

My hen seems sick. I just lost one the other day. Now I have one that is away from the group and won't extend her neck. Could it be her crop is clogged? I don't know what to do. I felt her and her breastbone is sticking out???
 
Will she drink? Maybe try to get her to drink some water with nutri-drench or sugar/honey in it, might give her some energy. Does her crop feel big and hard or squishy or empty? Maybe she has sour crop or coccidiosis... not sure though, sorry. Hope she pulls through.
 
She is drinking a lot. Her crop feels a little squishy. I've given her some yogurt. I'll give her some water with a little honey. I hope she pulls through.
 
How old are your chickens? Coccidiosis symptoms are standing hunched or puffed up, lethargic, not eating, and having diarrhea or blood in droppings. I would get some Corid right away if she sounds like this. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid Corid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5 days. Here is a link to read:

Sounds like sour crop to me, but I could be wrong. Not sure how to treat it, hopefully @casportpony will see this once she gets online.
 
There was a post on here about some one who treated a sour crop with yeast infection medication. Something about a sour crop being like a yeast infection. I see if i can fine it.
 
Crops can be squishy and slow to empty when there is another illness going on, such as cocci, Mareks, and many other things. If there is true sour crop there should be a very sour or rotten odor from the beak, and the chicken may vomit fowl smelling liquid. Sour crop can be bacterial or fungal. Antifungal medicines used to treat sour crop include fluconazole, nystatin, or miconazole (Monistat 7.) Also crop bound capsules or stool softer (doccusate sodium) are used if there is an impaction. Well here's an update. Her name is Beaker because she broke the tip off a couple of winters ago.
I went and bought some Corid and treated all the birds in case it was Coccidiosis. She seemed to do a little better. She wasn't as lethargic as before. My mom just texted me and said now she's back to being hunched over and lethargic again. My mom thought Beaker had passed because she didn't move but she ended up lifting her head. Maybe it's just her time to go. She does drink and will eat some. I'm having my mom give her some yogurt. It's hard because I'm not there.
