can someone direct me to which area or where i can learn about different things to look for with my eggs-as far as if they are still good, what it means to find trace of blood in a cracked egg, etc.? thanks to anyone who can help me!

If you are unsure if an egg is good, you can try the sink or float test before you crack them open. Fill a dish or pan with water. Put the egg in it. If it sinks to the bottom, it is OK. If it has bouyancy (floats), toss it. Also, what you call "traces of blood" may just be meat spots. They won't hurt you. Do a search of "meat spots" on this forum. There is lots of info. They just occur naturally sometimes.
