Is this a good breeding rooster? I was supposed to have two hens but luckily one turned into a rooster. I am a little concerned because he is much smaller than my other roosters

and is even smaller than the chocolate hen. Is he more English than my blue Orpington rooster? And does he look good enough to breed? Thank you
 
Perhaps your beautiful Chocolate rooster is a bantam, in the past a lot of breeders were using bantam Chocolates for their breeding program to help to increased size. Maybe this is one that is a bantam rooster? just a thought! he does look like a lovely rooster, and could be used for your breeding program.
