My new mini fridge incubator! $60!

Can you please clarify for me regarding placement of fans and bulbs, in relation to the sensor from your Inkbird?  Also, how bout ventilation holes, where, size and how many.  I'm doing a dorm fridge this winter.  Have everything needed except for the 12V converters for the fans.

This picture shows pretty much where everything is as far as fans and lights. I mounted the fans into the freezer shelf and just moved the shelf to the bottom. The fans are mounted with facing opposite directions to create a continuous circulation of air.
I also mounted one of the lights below so if I needed to add humidity, I could place water near the light bulb to heat up. Haven't needed this since the humidity has been so high without it.
I just put two vent holes on the side, in the middle. I will probably put two more on the other side after this hatch.
I put the sensor for the thermostat on the shelf with the eggs, which is in the center of the incubator. I haven't really checked for cold spots since I just have the one shelf in there now. I'll adjust accordingly when I add more shelves. May need more powerful fans...

Day 21 update; The last chick just hatched! All 12 that made it to lockdown hatched!!
This was my best hatch yet. There were no issues, everyone hatched with 24 hours of each other, and every one is healthy. Yay!

The last two are drying in there still but once they are fluffy I am going to start working on some improvements;
Adding a semi-automatic turner. This will be three Pvc shelves connected with a pipe leading outside the incubator for hand turning. I'll post pictures when I'm done, hard to explain it...
Adding more vents.
Adding some LED lights so I can still see in when the heater bulbs are off.
Adding a "service door" so I can adjust the humidity without opening the whole thing.
