Pepe Le Pew (skunk) sprayed the chicken house.

So I wen't to check the flock after dinner and I found a skunk munching on some floor eggs. Before I could do anything, he sprayed and left. The flock seems to be fine and only an egg or two wen't missing but he left his signature scent behind. It's been about two weeks since the encounter and the chicken house stinks to the point where I don't want to even go in. I replaced all the litter with fresh but the smell remains. The walls and floor are plywood. What do you use to get skunk out of chicken house?
 
If you can locate the area where the juice landed, take a large paint brush and apply generous amount of laundry bleach. If not sure, then get a spray bottle and do a section at a time of whole possible area. Keep your chickens away from the treated area until it dries. Avoid breathing the bleach vapors. A fan blowing fresh air at you is a possibility of minimizing the bleach vapors. Be aware that you should use rubber gloves when using bleach. ...Read warning on bleach container if not familiar.
I am quite surprised that the scent is still there 2 weeks after.
I am a friend of skunks and they have NOT sprayed me yet.. I did say yet.

I have had one practically brush past my leg once. Encounter of 6 feet distance are quite common for me. I have not had the COURAGE to pet one yet!!! Maybe I don't feel quite LUCKY.
 
I've had a skunk spray in my pig house. My dog found it (she got sprayed too :/ ). The smell lingered for a while. I sprayed inside the pig shelter with vinegar and it seemed to help a little. Baking soda and peroxide worked well for the dog, maybe you could scrub some of it on the walls/floor around where the spray happened...not sure if the chickens would find it interesting though.
