Help coyote injured one of my hens

I think it would rub the damaged areas, since she's damaged on both sides and her back. She's eating and drinking. It doesn't looked like he got the leg itself, and she can bring her leg up went she tries to hop. All the skin is ripped off around where the leg connects. I'm hoping that it just hurts to bad right now and that's why she won't put pressure on it. I'm hoping after a couple of days she'll start trying to get up. I'm just praying she doesn't get an infection. Do any of you know, how many times a day I should apply the antibiotic ointment? Some of the areas looked a little better today, the big massive area where the skin got ripped completely off keeps draining clear fluid. Should I try to bandage it, or does it need to let air get to it? Thanks for all the advice! Fingers crossed!

Update on my hen. She seems to be doing a little better today. Its been 2 full days since she was attacked and I don't see any sign of infection yet (fingers crossed). She is talking a little today, She only ate a tiny bit of eggs this morning, and I noticed her crop was awfully full and felt tight. I read on here somewhere to gently massage it, so hopefully that will help. Thank you for everyone that helped me out with advice. It was all greatly appreciated.
