Hurt turkey

Help a dog got ahold of one of my turkeys.tore all skin off one side of her hip she also has a bad puncher she can hobble but is badly hurt.i cleaned the wound with warm soapy water put a triple antibiotic on it .separated her from the flock is there something else I can do I don't want to put her down
