We had a little misfortune lately with our newly acquired Livestock Guardian Dog/pup. He really needs a playmate, he leaves the chickens and **** guineas alone but really likes licking the feathers off of peafowl. Here is the before and after pics of today's misadventure.

One major tear and a few puncture wounds.

Applied Vetricyn Wound Care to clean what the dog didn't lick off and about a dozen stitches. A good
coat of Blu-Kote after sewing him up.

Finished off with an injection of Baytril and Zactran.

He is eating like a hog and looking very attentive. We caught him today and he put up quite a fight, but we sprayed him down with more Vetricyn Wound Care.

I am wondering if I should continue giving him Baytril?
