EE's except for black one (?)
I bought the black one as a barred rock but thought maybe it was the ameraucana in the bunch lol ...cause I don't think it's a barred rock
The black one doesn't look like a barred rock, it would have a spot on its head. It looks like a black australorp or black jersey giant.
The hatchery they came from doesn't have either of those types. I suspect he's an EE too... I have a few other black chicks that look different from him. Also supposed to be barred rock but no spot...
I'm seeing pink legs everywhere. Most likely EEs, although even on "pure" EEs I find it weird to see that many pink legs. 99% of the EE stock I work with, from various hatcheries, shows a slate or willow leg. I can only think of a very few which have shown pink or yellow.
Generally speaking, unless the bird was purchased from a reputable breeder and sold as a specific color (Black Ameraucana, Blue Ameraucana, Wheaten Ameraucana, etc.) it's going to be an Easter Egger.
Edit: And looking back at that black one, I don't think that's even an EE.
