What can I use to heat up my baby chicks I have no heat lamp or heating pad.

Since you don't have a broody hen, I'm assuming, you NEED to get a lamp for them. Otherwise, you will likely end up with frozen chicks. In the meantime, put some stones in a fire and then put the warmed rocks in with them to add to some heat. Keep rotating them in and out as they cool. Maybe someone else knows of another method. You could also put the brooder near a fireplace or woodstove if you have one.
