help wry neck duckling!

I never intended to get ducks and i have no experience with wry neck or ducklings at all but when i saw this little duckling all twisted up the tractor supply manager asked me to save it i said yes and she gave me this one little pekin and a khaki campbell buddy for my trouble. I just need to know what to do and what the cause is.

have had something like this before. Do you have any sav a chick electrolytes. so what you wanna do is get a small towel and bend it to make it look like a doughnut. Put the duckling in the hole of the towel and put his head on the towel to keep it raised. If it cannot get up to drink, pick it up and dip its beak in water. keep me updated.

Its a very strong chick and takes water via dropper i do have chicks so i had sav a chick on hand i also gave it some vitamin E and i also have some poly vi sol no iron.

Ok, if you can add sav a chick to the water to help it. Try the doughnut towel to keep it comfortable.
