Yesterday {3/5/16} we purchased 5 aracaunas chicks all was doing great. After we got home from church today one died a few hours later another one died. Neither one wanted to stand, I am sad at thier loss but knew this could happen. The other 3 are great they are walking/running eating drinking and they seem a bit larger than the that died probably because they weren't sitting on legs.
Another question is how long do we keep the heat lamp on them? DH says til they get feathers but isn't sure
