Fixer upper coop renovation ideas?

I bought what I'm calling my fixer upper coop just a couple of days ago. I've got four chicks up and growing in the garage so I've got a bit of time to get their home ready. The base is a solid stater but I wanted to go ahead and redo it. I'm looking for suggestions and ideas for adding a nesting box and making it a bit bigger as well as making sure it's as predator proof as possible. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
 
I would make it bigger. You should start by adding more support to the outside, then build solid walls on that part so they have an open air area and closer one. I would also, taking into account the fact that it's off the ground, add a run that's big enough with wheels so you can move it. I've always used ground level coops, but that's up to you.
