I have a hen about 8 pds that was attacked but a dog. I can find one puncture wound on her back right on top. I have cleaned it with water and put antibiotic cream on it. What else can I do. I have banamine and Pro-Pen-G on hand. She is up walking around and seems to be trying to lay an egg. She did have a really mess bottom prior to this so she may have something else going on as well. How do I treat to keep her alive. Thanks in advance.
