Panting, lethargic, runny yellow poop, not eating or drinking

My girl is a little over a year old. She hasn't been laying lately (about 2 weeks), but I just felt inside and there is no egg that I can detect. She looked a bit lethargic yesterday morning, but then she perked up a bit and seemed ok later in the day. Now she is lying in the house under the nest boxes, just panting. She has been having runny yellowish poop for the past few days. I don't know if she ate yesterday, but she hasn't even come out of the house today. I put some water in there next to her but she doesn't seem to be drinking it.

Any ideas what is wrong? Is there anything I can do for her??? Please help! She is my total sweetheart hen and I am very worried about her!
 
How does her abdomen feel?
Any chance she ate anything moldy, rotten, etc.?
Any other symptoms, sneezing, runny nose, etc.?
Does the poo look like egg yolk or is it foamy?
Any photos?

Best guess would be Ascites, Peritonitis, or some type of internal laying issue.

I haven't seen any poops on a solid surface, only on the bedding where they have I soaked in and left a yellow area. After doing more searches through the posts here, I thought perhaps coccidiosis (one of the ones that doesn't lead to bloody poops) so I went to the Feed store right before it closed and got some Corid. They said if it wasn't coccidiosis, the Corid wouldn't hurt and could be helplful for some other conditions as well. I force-fed her some medicated water (4 little children's medicine cups so I think about 16 ml/40 tsp), and the next day (yesterday) she seemed improved. Unfortunately I am now out of town for work and am relying on my husband's reports (the chickens are "mine" rather than "ours"). He has been changing the water for me each day with newly medicated water.
 
Glad you posted this; this sounds exactly the same as what one of my hens is going through, so I'll give Corid a try.
 
The corid seemed to work at first, but she is still lethargic and not looking great. I am not sure what is wrong with her! She still has yellowish poop, but she isn't panting anymore. She doesn't run out of the house when I open its door anymore though, and some days I'm not sure she has come out at all. She is still eating at least some, and I think she's still drinking. I wish I knew what was wrong with her so I could do something to help her. :(

I hope the corid helps yours! If you find something else that works better, please let me know!
 
I don't have any guesses but you could go onto the-Chicken-Chick.com and search chicken poop. It shows normal poop and irregular poop and what causes the irregular droppings. Hope this helps! Good luck!

She is just sitting in the corner of the house. She has her neck pulled in so she can't even see.

This is what her poop looks like - at least I think it's hers. I couldn't swear it's not the other girl's.

My best guess after seeing the photos is still Ascites, Peritonitis or some other type of internal laying issue.
If her abdomen is swollen or feels like it is filled with fluid, then it is most likely Peritonitis by seeing the yellow poo. Some people are able to give supportive care/relief by draining the fluid from the abdomen and treating with antibiotics. Baytril or enrofloxacin are commonly used to help treat the secondary bacterial infection caused by the Peritonitis. Ascites (water belly) is very close in symptoms and treatment would be the same.
