I am still new to the breed. My chicks are only weeks old. But I have been talking to LOTS of people who raise this breed.
I got the breed because I love the bouffant crests and the round large blue eggs
I am finding though that not all Cream Legbars have either of those things and that the Rees Cream Legbars tend to actually have egg shaped smaller green eggs
I am also hearing from breeders that the earlier imports A-C line birds, had the rounder bluest eggs and that the best crests were C line birds.
What are you all seeing in your birds from the assorted lines?
