HELP!! My new IncuTurn and HumidiKit are not working

Hi,
I recently brought a brand new Hova Bator Inubator with IncuTurn Turner and the Humidikit.

The Incubator seems to be working fine but the IncuTurn does not seem to be working. I was wondering if it's set on a timer or did I set it up wrong.

The HumidKit does not light up or anything. I used distilled water like it said, I placed the 2 probes inside the incubator like it said.

The Humidikit lights up and then it goes off. Before I return it, I want to make sure I am hooking it up right. I'm not sure if there could be a short wire some place.

You need to go to one of the Incubating Trends and there are plenty so if you would type in incubating in the search bar at the top of the page you will find the April 2016 hatch along and please join in hope to see you there but there are also many others who have modern equipment and mine is over 20 years old so mine is a bit different but works for me but if I were you I might check all the wiring I think you have a loose wire , and you tray is jammed so if you try to disconnect the motor and make sure the trays move easily then reconnect the motor but make some dry runs outside the incubator as everything should be checked outside the incubator before going in as it always save time and energy .

And the inside but all is check every time before using or after cleaning

Thank you.. I have the same incubator you have but it's set up in my classroom. Right now I have 12 chick eggs and 2 duck eggs inside of it. When I ordered the new incubator ,turner and Humidikit I thought it would be easier!!! Boy was I wrong. I think you are right about the turner being stuck but not sure on what..i keep moving it around and no luck!!

The Humidikit is finally working!!

gander007 It looks like you leave your turner in there the whole time even during the hatch? Whats your reason for doing this I've heard of people doing this but have never heard the reason why people do. Do you have a better hatch rate leaving the eggs in the turner all the way till the eggs hatch?
