My cousin dropped off 4 chicks and i would like to know what breed they are.

They have black or orange feet

The dots on the top of the heads indicate barring - given the feet/leg color the first and most obvious guess would be barred rock, but that is not definitive.
 
If there are some with dots and some without another possible ID is black sex link, in which case those with dots would be male and those without would be female. Unless your cousin can tell you what breed they are you will likely need to wait for them to mature a bit to be certain of what they are.
