Hi I am wondering if turkeys will bother my 5 hens if they are free ranging when the turkeys pass through?  I have had my hens for 3 years and never saw the turkeys until recently.  What can I expect?

Wild turkeys?....with poults?

Might eat some of chicken feed if it's available....

.......might be more risk to turkeys as chickens can carry blackhead which is fatal to turkeys(domestic ones anyway, not sure about wild ones)

Great article on VENTILATION, one of THE MOST IMPORTANT aspects of coop design.

Fantastic treatise to help decide how much SPACE your chickens need.

Chicken math is not just 'addition'...but also should include Division, Multiplication and especially Subtraction!!!
