I would eat a Ancona duck in a heartbeat but I would be in dire straights to eat a call
X2 - I've been fighting the duck urge for about a year now.

I've never ate guinea but always thought they looked like a good Meatbird. I know their ancestors are a prized Gamebird in Africa.
Oz, to me they taste very much like ringneck pheasants. They have a darker meat similar in appearance to pheasant.
