A blue cochin just hatched. First 3 were black.

Oh dang, I thought I was gonna have a star gazer! One got stuck between 4 other eggs after it hatched and was laying over backwards. I shook the bator trying to free it, finally had to pull the lid. It's neck was all twisted up. Gave some nutridrench. I think it's gonna be ok. Ugh.

I'd take her but I have zero place to quarantine right now, I have a rescue flock of bantams in a temp setup and my other setup is reserved for an AC rooster that supposedly someone I sold chicks to was going to give back to me, but that's been going for weeks now so at this point I'm doubtful it's gonna happen.
So almost a month old? So far I'd say pullet, but I just had a 12 week old AC pull a fast one on me. His brother was obvious from about week four, but this one waited until nearly three months old and suddenly he had a comb, wattles, and hackle feathers.
