My 1 pekin had what I belived to be an infection or niacin deficiency so I administered niacin on a daily basis for almost 2 weeks and was floating her on a daily basis to try to help the legs regain mobility. But I'm unsure how to go from here her feet are folded in half and has trouble standing up on them

So i got home from work and can confirm this is definitly a slipped tendon, im not sure if it has gone too long though to be slipped back. It has been almost 2 weeks and the tendon doesnt seem to want to slip back into the joint.
 
Personally I don't see any negative effects from this, she still eats and drinks and is close with the others. My fear is that the way she is walking a sore will develop and become infected.
When this issue became apparent she was only able to lay on her chest so some progress has been made
